Yuan Spa will provide a locker, robe and slippers for your comfort. Please leave all valuables in your room safe as Yuan Spa is unable to accept responsibility for their loss if brought into the Spa.

Should you need to change or cancel an appointment, eight hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. For cancellations with less than eight hours’ notice and for no-shows, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
