The Italian station features a wood-burning oven to make pizzas and other over-baked dishes and a pasta station.  The Grill station offers a selection of meats ranging from lamp chops to sausages.  The seafood bar showcases a wide range of crustaceans sitting on a pile of ice, oysters being one of the seasonal offerings.  The Dessert station is a feast for the eyes with cakes, cookies, crêpes and do-it-yourself ice cream sundaes.
